Terms and conditions

Course fees are payable strictly in advance and should be received no later than five working days before course start date.

Places on courses are not confirmed or candidates accepted on courses until payment of fees has been received in full.

Course fees are not normally refundable.

If you are unable to attend a course which you have paid for in advance, please let AK Automotive know as soon as possible and you will be offered a place on the next available course.

When enquiring about courses, it is assumed that there is a serious intent to attend. It is up to individuals and employers to make provision in their workload to account for a candidate's absence whilst attending the course.

Payment methods

  • Secure on line facilities for processing credit/debit card payments over the phone.
  • E-mail 'pay by link' secure on line payment.
  • BACS and cheque payments (by arrangement).
