About AK Training

AK Training is based in Milton Keynes and was established in 1999 by ex Saab Master Technician Tony Kitchen.

Tony is an apprentice trained and qualified vehicle technician with over twenty five years motor industry experience. He has a proven track record as a diagnostics technician, winning several motor manufacturer awards for his skills and technical abilities.

As a qualified technical instructor, Tony takes a dynamic approach to delivering technical courses. He provides diagnostics and technical support services to clients and develops technical courses based upon first hand knowledge and experience.

AK Training is accredited as an Approved Assessment Centre by IMI Awards Ltd and IRTEC. Selective courses have either QAA certification from IMI Awards Ltd or are accredited by IRTEC as supplementary modules under the IRTEC technician licensing scheme.
